GROUP 1 Prix Maurice de Gheest winner King Gold headlines the largest ever catalogue for a sale on the Tattersalls Online platform, with a record 196 lots set to go under the virtual hammer in the Tattersalls Online November Sale next Wednesday and Thursday.
The sale comprises 109 horses in and out of training, 42 broodmares, 28 yearlings, 11 foals, four stores, as well as breeding rights to stallion Ardad and Sergei Prokofiev.
Among the quartet consigned by Karl Burke’s Spigot Lodge Stables are the classy pair Imperial Sovereign and Cuban Tiger, who carry current Timeform ratings of 101 and 102 respectively.
Last start winners New Theory, Silent Move and Startling are also catalogued, along with last time out bumper winners Masterpiece and Tilehurst, and the Crawford Brothers’ recent point-to-point winner Kimjoy.
Alne Park Stud is offering 12 NH broodmares and four foals, and Fittocks Stud has entered Lockerbie, a half-sister to multiple Group 3 winner Hamish, in foal to Cracksman.
Among the foals in the sale are progeny of Advertise, Stradivarius, Ten Sovereigns and Waldgeist. There are 28 yearlings catalogued.
